- Supplied with the Cortenys signature patina: every piece has shades of its own, which deepen over the seasons with very little upkeep.
- Protective varnish
- Applied in the workshop over the Cortenys signature patina, the varnish sets it and deepens its tones with a subtle satin finish. It greatly reduces rust run-off but does not rule it out: protect the floor (small feet, spacers or a drip tray).

Made to order. Never held in stock. Every Corten steel piece enters production when your order is received, its signature patina brought to maturity by our artisans so it reaches you in perfect condition and in the depth of its most beautiful shades. Allow 6 to 12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, which is complimentary. This creation time is the signature of the House.

Every piece is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing and assembly defects.
Care
Our Corten steel pieces receive the Cortenys signature patina in the workshop, before delivery: they never reach you bare, left to weather at home. Indoors, a protective varnish is essential; even varnished, the steel can still mark a light or porous floor, so we recommend protecting it. For everything else, follow the care recommendations for your piece and its finish.

Where Corten usually takes months to acquire an uneven patina, your piece arrives already dressed in deep, controlled shades. Flared Corten steel pot
A slender Corten steel column that opens out to the blooms.
This square flared pot in Corten steel stands tall and slender: its sides open upwards into a wide neck and narrow towards a slim base. The blooms are carried high, in a setting of warm patina; they overflow the generous opening and fall back over flanks glinting with rust, sienna and amber. Alone near an entrance, beside a pond or in a pair to frame a passage, it brings a vertical presence, full and warm. In low light the metal shimmers with nuance; at nightfall its muted tone anchors the whole composition.

Every detail has been rethought. The 2 mm Corten steel gives the pot its strength; the flare lengthens the silhouette and shows the blooms in all their splendour. The Cortenys signature patina, laid on in the workshop before delivery, arrives already deep and vibrant, and each pot carries shades that belong to it alone. As an option, the Cortenys protective varnish seals this patina and greatly reduces rust run-off, without ruling it out: protect the floor (small feet, spacers or a drip tray) onto pale floors. This Corten pot reaches you empty, ready to plant, in four sizes combining two widths and several heights.

We deliver standard pieces, including Cortenys Editions, in 6 to 12 weeks after order confirmation. For bespoke pieces, we allow 8 to 13 weeks, with the schedule stated in the quotation.
