The Cortenys signature patina is created in the workshop before delivery, revealing the metal’s depth and tonal variation. Its appearance then evolves according to the chosen finish, exposure and local conditions. Follow the care recommendations for your piece and its finish.

Fire pit
A low, square fire pit, cut like a steel lens laid on the ground.
NYX is an outdoor fire pit designed by the House of Cortenys. A wide square basin, edged with a thin raised rim, narrows beneath the top towards a recessed base, so that the piece seems to hover. At the centre, a straight slot holds the line of fire.
01 / Nyx
Crafted in Corten steel and delivered with the signature Cortenys patina, in warm shades of earth, amber and deep rust, NYX develops on each piece reflections of its own. Its reduced height sets it flush with the ground, in line with paving or a pool; at night, it becomes a sheet of light in the middle of the terrace. Three square formats are offered.
02 / Nyx
Nyx does not rise, it spreads: a sheet of fire at ground level, to be watched seated, reclining or from inside the house.
The videos show a staged setting. The bioethanol fuel and staging accessories are not supplied with the product.
