This form lets you cancel an order or exercise your right of withdrawal, directly online and without creating an account. Your request is recorded as soon as it is sent, and the House of Cortenys acknowledges it by email.
Cancelling an order before dispatch
As long as the piece has not left the workshop, cancellation is immediate and fully refunded. Simply give your order number below: the House of Cortenys halts production and refunds you within fourteen days at the latest, to the payment method used.
The withdrawal period
Consumers have fourteen days from receipt of the piece to withdraw, without giving any reason. This period applies across the European Union, in Norway and in the United Kingdom. Switzerland has no statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling: the House of Cortenys grants it nonetheless, on the same terms.
Bespoke pieces
Only pieces designed to dimensions specific to one project, outside the sizes and finishes offered in the catalogue, fall outside the right of withdrawal. A catalogue piece remains covered, even when made after the order, whatever size and colour were chosen among the options offered.
Returning the piece
Once your request is received, the House of Cortenys provides the return address and arranges collection. The piece travels back in its original packaging, within fourteen days of your declaration. Return costs are covered by the House of Cortenys for any piece matching the order.
The refund
The refund is issued no later than fourteen days after the piece is collected, to the payment method used for the order, original delivery costs included.
