Orders and payment

Sales may concern standard catalogue pieces or bespoke products. Prices displayed on the site include all taxes (TTC). For sales subject to French VAT at the standard rate, the applicable VAT rate is 20%.

Detected or announced payment methods at this stage are card payment, Apple Pay, and PayPal, subject to final technical confirmation on the site.

Delivery and manufacturing

Delivery is currently planned for France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.

Delivery is free for orders placed on the site.

Manufacturing times are generally between 3 and 5 weeks from order and payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated to the customer before the order is placed.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, where this right applies.

Return costs related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are covered by CORTENYS.

Some products are personalized or made to order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products, in accordance with the applicable consumer-law exceptions.

Legal warranties and complaints

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery of the goods, as well as the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Mediation

If an unresolved consumer dispute arises after contacting CORTENYS, the consumer may use the CM2C consumer mediation service free of charge.
