01 / The intention
Every setting deserves the same attention.
An interior, a garden, a terrace. Places to live in as much as to look at. For them, Cortenys designs pieces with assertive lines, conceived in dialogue with architecture, light and nature. A different vision of Corten steel furniture, in which metal ceases to be a building-site material and becomes a presence.

Made to order by a partner manufacturer. From the Corten steel sheet to the finished piece, every stage is checked: cutting, bending, welding, then the finish that gives the drawing its substance.

The manufacture
Where Corten steel takes its final form.
In the workshops of our partner manufacturer, at the heart of European metalworking, every plate of Corten steel is cut, bent, welded and prepared with the same exacting standard as our finished pieces. The industrial gesture remains precise, but never impersonal: the thickness, the weld, the patina, every detail has been rethought.
This is where Corten changes status: it leaves the world of the building site to become luxury furniture. Cutting, fire, signature patina, final inspection: every stage is carried out piece by piece, before Cortenys creations join the gardens, terraces and architecture for which they were ordered.
