- Supplied with the Cortenys signature patina: every piece has shades of its own, which deepen over the seasons with very little upkeep.
- Protective varnish
- Applied in the workshop over the Cortenys signature patina, the varnish sets it and deepens its tones with a subtle satin finish. It greatly reduces rust run-off but does not rule it out: protect the floor (small feet, spacers or a drip tray).
Delivery
Made to order. Never held in stock. Every Corten steel piece enters production when your order is received, its signature patina brought to maturity by our artisans so it reaches you in perfect condition and in the depth of its most beautiful shades. Allow 6 to 12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, which is complimentary. This creation time is the signature of the House.
Returns and warranty
Fourteen days to change your mind, return at our expense.
Every piece is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing and assembly defects.
Care
Our Corten steel pieces receive the Cortenys signature patina in the workshop, before delivery: they never reach you bare, left to weather at home. Indoors, a protective varnish is essential; even varnished, the steel can still mark a light or porous floor, so we recommend protecting it. For everything else, follow the care recommendations for your piece and its finish.

Where Corten usually takes months to acquire an uneven patina, your piece arrives already dressed in deep, controlled shades. Its appearance then evolves according to the chosen finish, exposure and local conditions. For care, follow the recommendations specific to your piece and its finish.

Corten steel planter
2 mm Corten steel, brought to the scale of the garden.
With its 2 mm Corten steel walls, this square planter gives the garden a plinth of rare density. Clean and deep, the cube lets its warm patina converse with the mass of flowers crowning it: trailing foliage, blooms spilling over the sides, where rust, sienna and amber meet. On a lawn, lined up along a terrace or set at the heart of a border, it asserts a serene presence, quietly modern. When the light is low, the surface comes alive; as evening falls, the colour deepens and holds the composition together.

Here, everything starts with the thickness. At 2 mm, Corten gains a poise you sense at first glance. The workshop then applies the Cortenys signature patina: each planter arrives already alive, with a range of shades all its own. The optional Cortenys protective varnish fixes the patina and greatly reduces the risk of rust marks, without ruling them out: on a pale floor, set the planter on spacers or small feet. Twenty-seven sizes, from the small cube to the tall column, up to 1400 mm: enough to draw a line, a square or an entire scene.

Designed in France and crafted in Europe to order, Cybèle 2 mm is one of those designs you recognise without needing a name. Far from being one Corten planter among many, it is conceived as a small piece of architecture and made to anchor your garden for the long term. We deliver standard pieces, including Cortenys Editions, in 6 to 12 weeks after order confirmation. For bespoke pieces, we allow 8 to 13 weeks, with the schedule stated in the quotation.
