Firewood becomes sculpture. This hexagonal log store holds your logs in a faceted Corten steel volume, an open hexagon resting on the ground like a honeycomb cell. The metal's warm patina, with its hues of rust, sienna and amber, converses with the light fibres of the wood, and the stack, framed by the six-sided opening, reads like a composition of raw materials. Placed on a patio, a lawn or beside a fire bowl, this outdoor firewood store keeps a reserve of logs within reach while adding a warm, contemporary presence.
Crafted from robust, durable 2 mm Corten steel, it carries the signature CORTENYS patina, of unique quality: every piece develops shades of its own. Weatherproof in frost and full sun alike, this designer log rack lives outdoors all year round with no maintenance whatsoever. Its open hexagonal shape naturally ventilates the stack and helps the firewood dry. Available in a single hexagonal format, in raw Corten or with a protective varnish finish.
