Prométhée is an outdoor fireplace in Corten steel, a tall pyramidal silhouette that soars skyward like a sculpture of fire. At its core, an open hearth where the flames rise and dance at eye level; below, a storage space holds the logs, ready to feed the fire.

Every piece is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing and assembly defects.
Care
Our Corten steel pieces receive the Cortenys signature patina in the workshop, before delivery: they never reach you bare, left to weather at home. Indoors, a protective varnish is essential; even varnished, the steel can still mark a light or porous floor, so we recommend protecting it. For everything else, follow the care recommendations for your piece and its finish.

Prométhée is an outdoor fireplace in Corten steel, a tall pyramidal silhouette that soars skyward like a sculpture of fire. At its core, an open hearth where the flames rise and dance at eye level; below, a storage space holds the logs, ready to feed the fire. By day, its tapering form gives structure to the space; by night, it becomes a glowing beacon around which people gather.

Every line is deliberate. The slender flue creates a natural draught that lifts the flame and carries the smoke away, while the hearth spreads an enveloping warmth across the terrace. Applied in the workshop before delivery, the Cortenys signature patina gives the Corten steel tones of earth, amber and deep rust, and each fireplace draws from it a glint that sets it apart. Beside a pool, on a patio or at the heart of a garden, it extends the evening well beyond sunset.
