Round outdoor pot
This round aluminium pot, powder-coated, is a pure cylinder, full and clean, whose continuous curve softens the geometry of the garden. It offers plants a monolithic setting: grasses or blooms escape from it in a crown, resting on a dark, deep body. On its own, it becomes the centrepiece of a terrace; repeated, it sets the rhythm of a path like a colonnade. Without a single edge, it converses with the angular volumes of architecture as much as with the curves of the landscape. Its smooth surface catches the light by day and becomes a crisp silhouette after dark.
01 / Callisto
Its 3 mm aluminium gives it strength and resistance to corrosion. Cortenys finishes it in its signature powder coating, protected by a varnish, in RAL 9005 Black at 30% gloss: a dense black with a satin sheen that holds the light without ever dazzling. Size for size, aluminium weighs less than steel, so the cylinder moves easily whenever the garden is recomposed. From slender column to wide drum, its range allows heights and diameters to be matched to each planting; this round aluminium pot is delivered bare, in nine sizes.
02 / Callisto
Designed in France and crafted in Europe, this aluminium pot is produced only to order, and it stems from a conviction: a piece of high-end outdoor furniture is judged by what goes unnoticed at first, the accuracy of a diameter, the evenness of a colour, the bearing of a finish. Others stop at the form; Cortenys goes on to perfect the detail. More an architectural volume than a container, it is luxury outdoor furniture in the truest sense, made to hold its place for many years.
