- Supplied with the Cortenys signature patina: every piece has shades of its own, which deepen over the seasons with very little upkeep.
- Protective varnish
- Applied in the workshop over the Cortenys signature patina, the varnish sets it and deepens its tones with a subtle satin finish. It greatly reduces rust run-off but does not rule it out: protect the floor (small feet, spacers or a drip tray).

Made to order. Never held in stock. Every Corten steel piece enters production when your order is received, its signature patina brought to maturity by our artisans so it reaches you in perfect condition and in the depth of its most beautiful shades. Allow 6 to 12 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, which is complimentary. This creation time is the signature of the House.

Every piece is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing and assembly defects.
Care
Our Corten steel pieces receive the Cortenys signature patina in the workshop, before delivery: they never reach you bare, left to weather at home. Indoors, a protective varnish is essential; even varnished, the steel can still mark a light or porous floor, so we recommend protecting it. For everything else, follow the care recommendations for your piece and its finish.

Where Corten usually takes months to acquire an uneven patina, your piece arrives already dressed in deep, controlled shades. The flowerpot, reinvented in Corten steel.
The timeless profile of the flowerpot, reinterpreted in Corten steel with the attention a collector’s piece deserves. Round, flaring towards the top and finished with a broad rim, this conical pot revisits a silhouette everyone knows and gives it a warm, deep patina. Above the rim, the blooms spill over and, between two stems, reveal a flank where rust meets raw sienna and amber. At the edge of a terrace, near a pond or along a path, it brings a presence that is familiar and yet decidedly high-end.
01 / Calypso
Taking on so familiar a form means being judged on every detail. Cortenys has therefore rethought everything: the exact degree of flare, the firmness of the rim, the 2 mm Corten steel, and the Cortenys signature patina, applied and then checked in the workshop, so that no two pots receive exactly the same shades. Its generous opening welcomes the planting and shows trailing plants at their best. The optional protective varnish seals its patina and greatly reduces rust marks around its base, without ruling them out: on pale stone, a saucer or small feet will keep the floor clean.
02 / Calypso
Available in twelve sizes, from the low version to the tall 1000 mm pot, this Corten pot (designed in France, crafted in Europe, made to order) is as much at home standing alone as in a composition of several heights. A pot is expected to contain; this Corten steel pot asks to be looked at, like a sculpture. Corten steel, rethought for the discerning eye.

We deliver standard pieces, including Cortenys Editions, in 6 to 12 weeks after order confirmation. For bespoke pieces, we allow 8 to 13 weeks, with the schedule stated in the quotation.
