02Private project by quotation
One project, two stages.
For businesses and private projects handled by quotation, the proposed schedule is 60% on order and 40% before dispatch. It is confirmed in your individual quotation before you commit.
On order
A 60% deposit after the quotation is approved. This is a part payment towards your order.
Before dispatch
The remaining 40% before dispatch, under the arrangements agreed in your quotation.
This schedule applies to orders by quotation. It is not a deposit option in the standard online checkout.

The framework of your contract.
The purchase order, administrative documents and payment process are reviewed according to your procurement terms.
Invoicing, including Chorus Pro where your contract requires it, and payment arrangements are agreed with your organisation. The private-project schedule does not apply automatically.

Bank transfer by quotation
Verified bank details are included in your approved quotation. Follow those instructions and use your project reference for the transfer.
