Delivery
Made to order. Never held in stock. Every Corten steel piece enters production when your order is received, its signature patina brought to maturity by our artisans so it reaches you in perfect condition and in the depth of its most beautiful shades. Allow 4 to 8 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, which is complimentary. This creation time is the signature of the House.
Returns and warranty
Fourteen days to change your mind, return at our expense.
Every piece is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing and assembly defects.
Care
Our Corten steel pieces receive the Cortenys signature patina in the workshop, before delivery: they never reach you bare, left to weather at home. Indoors, a protective varnish is essential; even varnished, the steel can still mark a light or porous floor, so we recommend protecting it. For everything else, follow the care recommendations for your piece and its finish.
Secure payment. No bank details ever pass through the House.

The Cortenys signature patina
The character of Corten steel. From day one.
The Cortenys signature patina is applied in the workshop, before delivery, to every Corten steel piece. Where Corten usually takes months to acquire an uneven patina, your piece arrives already dressed in deep, controlled shades. Its appearance then evolves according to the chosen finish, exposure and local conditions. For care, follow the recommendations specific to your piece and its finish.

Vesta
Corten steel fire pit
A wood fire, held in a bowl of Corten steel.
Vesta is a fire bowl in Corten steel, a pure form, wide and low, that holds a wood fire the way a basin holds water. By day, its sculptural silhouette stands in the garden as an object in its own right; as evening falls, the flames bring it to life with a warm, moving light, and the embers keep the warmth lingering around the fire long after. On a terrace, beside the pool or at the far end of the garden, this Corten steel fire pit draws people together, keeps them warm and turns an evening into an occasion.
01 / Vesta
Where so many fire pits amount to little more than a sheet-metal tub, Cortenys works on the curve of the bowl, the balance of its proportions and the finish of every detail. The Cortenys signature patina arrives already applied to the Corten steel: earthy browns, glints of amber and a deep rust that answer the colour of the flames, so that each bowl takes on reflections all its own. Designed in France, crafted in Europe and made to order, Vesta needs only a few logs to turn any outdoor space into a place where people gather.
02 / Vesta
At Cortenys, a hearth is designed as a piece of architecture: Vesta is not simply a Corten fire pit but a sculpture as beautiful unlit as ablaze, made to last for many years. Anyone who knows Corten steel will see at a glance the difference between Vesta and an ordinary fire bowl.
